Bad attitude team. They don't allow you to even look at the designs. They don't let you open anything. When you take any matching cloth, they look at it and immediately say they don't have matching colour. They don't even check if there is any close colour. A hot pink colour is a common one and they rejected

One of the worst branch from go colors. Staff here are very rude and negligent. I have been here many times, everytime when I ask for a colour or size t,no one bothers to show. They would simply say xl is not available. Always put of stock for many pants here. All the girl Staff specially are very unprofessional. Very....staff should be trained well. Many customers who visit this store sarath mall complains about staff treatment to customer, but no improvement. Very disappointed. Today I've decided not to go again.worst serve at this franchise.

Worst of worst staff....cheap behavior...when u go for exchange be ready that staff is going to check each part of garment and he will see some small some issue and say we can't....i said u don't want to exchange say it directly don't play these cheap tricks.....and i throwed it on his face to keep it with him only and didn't argue much and came out...worst of worst place..... Inorbit go colors people are pretty decent and it's better to go their that here....worst place of go colors

They have huge collection. But staff is so arrogant and rude. Customer is not allowed to open a pieces of clothing, which they can buy. They give trial of sizes of some pants/leggings which is worn by 100's of people, which is already used so you can't figure out the fresh one will be of what fitting. Personal experience, bought a jeggings, was not allowed to open (because they are lazy to fold it) after coming home tried and there is rough patch on it. Never ever buy from here because of attitude of staff.

Just like any go colors shop, has great collection but the staff is very rude. Doesnt let touch stuff, acts like know it all and try to judge your spending capacity even before interacting.

Best place for leggings, jeggings and other different kinds of pants.

They were arguing over a no exchange policy after lockdown. They never mentioned it while buying and then they started arguing that they mentioned it and are not going to do exchanges while all wonderfully they are accepting trails. How funny and illogical it seemed that ppl can try however they cant exchange things. Manager seemd quite irresponsible to answer for our concerns.
