Despite repeated calls to this clinic nobody responded which shows utter failure in administration.Eventhough I have experienced very good treatment from Dr.Rohini madam the people in the office r enough to destroy entire reputation.Even we fortunately get appointment over phone we have to wait atleast half a day then the very purpose of getting prior appointment not worthy.
One of the worst experience I had with Rohini.Very rough handling while removing the tooth.Started the treatment even before full numbness occurs though injected twice. Couldn't complete the process and suggested for surgery to remove the tooth. With terrible pain than before I m suffering till now and having pain killers to reduce the pain.
I just had the best experience at this place! I had a dental emergency (cracked tooth) while on vacation, and Rohini mam patched me up. She made sure I got an appointment right away (not always the case for new and transient patients!), gave me a range of options, and made sure my treatment was effective and pain-free. All costs were very reasonable. Highly recommended!
Worst in commitment on Appointment time. We have to wait for hours though we have an appointment. Need to improve a lot in time organisation. Very lethargic response from management (especially receptionist) in case of appointment queries. They are simply wasting everyone's precious time with their irresponsible behaviour. Atleast basic respect can be given to patients. On the whole, not a pleasant experience.
My opinion is not even fit for single star. One of the very worst dental clinic in Ambattur OT and fully money minded. For xray they charged rs 750 but they will not give hard copy, they are very smart they will send only the soft copy to your mail.
Worst. I had an appointment at 12.20, i was on time. But Dr. Rohini came at 12.30 only and din't see anyone till 12.45.They have given appointments from 11am nearly 10 persons were waiting before me. I couldn't wait because i don't know how much time it will take for my turn to come. I came back to have my lunch. Maybe people are going for one reason thatDr.rohini is good.Everybody's time is more valuable.
I visited Dr. S. Rohini for my regular dental checkup. She's extremely sweet and exquisite at her job. I would definitely recommend this clinic to everybody.
If you have free time it's good clinic. Time slot need to improve. Otherwise good. Rohini madam good in her job compare to sir treatment.
