Straight away from Vizag, We as family came to Narasannapeta for buying gold in GN jewellery shop. Before we came, I called and enquired about is shop opens on Sunday. They said Sunday is holiday. So we decided to come on Friday and I applied leave in office and came to Narasannapeta (Via tilaru railway station) yesterday (May 20th- Friday). They showed gold necklaces even through staff is not so active and we selected around 10 necklaces. Ready to buy one necklace in out of 10 selected necklaces after showing to my wife in WhatsApp video call as she is in Vizag(She is unable to come and i informed the reason behind why my wife is not able to come). Gold shop owner said that if you pay advance money only, they will allow WhatsApp video call otherwise they won't allow after discussing 2-3 times. I haven't seen anywhere in world asking advance money for video call. With lots of disappointment, we left shop and decided to go back to Vizag. But we saw and visited Other gold shop in same street and we brought 2.2 lakhs gold necklace in Gudla Nagaraj shop. So I won't recommend GN jewellery shop to anyone. Don't go to this shop. They don't know how to give respect to customers and don't know about value of customers. Going forward, we will buy gold in other shops in Narasannapeta if we really wants.

Such a worst customer experience, they don't even know how to talk to customers and really disgusting behavior who doesn't know how to speak to customers . They r thinking thy r owning a shop and they hav all the rights to blame and shout at customers .They shout at us when we ask them about why r they telling incorrect prices.They expect customers to buy products with in 10mins and looking at their behaviour even if we like some stuff we vl end up not buying from them A very reckless behavior from both the ppl who sit near the counter which is not appropriate . When we order some item it is their duty to provide how we have requested for , they will prepare the item as they wish and when we ask they speak nonsense If you don't know how to maintain a gold shop and this business please learn and do your business and learn how to bhve with customers
