GMVN Kaudiyala Rest House & Rafting - Hotel in Kaudiyala, Dabar - Tehri Garhwal, India

Basis Google reviews I booked this resort for our family vacation. Rooms are well built from wooden blogs making it a unique experience. However the biggest disappointment was the service. There is no phone network and no intercom as well. For anything and everything you have to climb upstairs to restaurant and inform them. My parents room didn't have water in the bathroom and they were giving a bucket to manage !! For 5800 rs per night, this is a below average experience. Majority positive Google reviews are given by the people passing by the resort and stopping here for 10-15 mins. This again makes no sense that lot of crowd keep coming in the resort from outside without any restrictions. I had very delightful experiences in KMVN properties in Mukteshwar and nainital. This is a direct feedback to GMVN to bring in some professionalism in running this beautiful property at a premium rate.

Location of this GMVN rest house is amazing,beside Ganga river.Rooms are made up of woods with all facilities.Though it is beside the main road but when you enter in the premises there is only the song of river ,which will assist you day and night. The lash green lawns soothens your eyes.Perfect place for refresh your mind and soul.

A peaceful place for family weekend. Beautiful mesmerizing view of mountain and gangaji. Staff is friendly. Food is homely ( dont expect French dishes ) Nearby theka I visited during monsoon, to Beer + rain + river + mountain + good service (heavenly feeling)

Rooms, services and location was absolutely perfect. Staff was very supportive. No complaint in this. The only problem was food was ok and no wifi.

Absolutely stunning views from the property. Located right at the bank of holy river Ganga, this rest house offers picturesque view of mountains and river. It has good rooms with all the required amenities and good lawn also. Food is good and service is professional. However it doesn't has proper parking facility.

Tents ache the but jo zipper blankets the unme sardi nahi ruk rahi. plz fix it. food was really good light masala and all. toilets were clean. price is way cheaper than expected.

Very expensive and rate for Normal Room 6000 and for suite 9900 EXL GST . Location is good .You can rejoice the River Ganges flowing nearby your rooms .
