Very rude behavior by RAXA security, every time u seek help or information from security they are always busy in chit chatting with other security, PR staff are not here to help patients, no friendly staff here, even ayamma will scolds u, No line order for OP, RAXA security & Reception staff moves their relatives from back door, idont know what hospital manager is doing, I wonder what these people do in training Hall at the hospital, these are not only my problems, all are suffering by coming here unknowingly, doctors are good. Security directly comes and goes to your rooms, what you do don't matter to them, weather you are naked or breastfeeding or dress changing.. You are forced to answer them, they will not knock the door's, they simply push your doors, management supports this , I learned from my experience

I got my wife delivered here, the service is very good. Since I have company insurance, I got admitted cashless and was provided with a special room package. The rooms were very clean. I had a problem with billing since I went cash less I had to submit insurance card of my new born baby, it took a while to get the card generated and I submitted it late. But the admin and billing are helpful, especially head of Admin(Kumar garu) have looked into the process as soon as I have raised my concern. They promptly responded and solved the issue within hours and I was able to claim cashless. Very satisfied.

Good hospital ,doctors, staff, buildings, surroundings,well maintained. Lifts are highly essential.pl provide

Worst hospital i have never seen, seems like big building but process for OP system, billing, scanning, lab, reception is too bad Even security guard himself will treat as boss

Hospital is good hygienic,we are joined for delivery, after cesarean We are in special room, in any hospital sisters have to give more service than a doctor, but the sisters interaction is very bad, they are always reckless, and don't convey the facts about the patient to the doctor (the doctors dont know what happened all the day) that is the main problem,

It's good and excellent in saturation. But without removing stitches sending home gynic patient within 4 days and within one day they are removing urian pipe. Very bad in regarding this area.

Good nature good fecilities and best hospital but high fee

Some Staff behavior is too Bad. All RAXA security staff use Raff language there is no proper respect to the patients and patient ralatives.
