Glyngarth Resort Ooty - Resort hotel in Ooty - The Nilgiris, India

Pros: Breathtaking view, good food( can be better, can add more options for non vegetarians at breakfast Buffet) and Friendly staff. Cons: Overpriced for the Amenities provided, pool is not heated thus everyone cannot enter, doesn't serve alcohol, no shops in the vicinity to buy absolutely anything.

Had a memorable stay in their Premium cottage with private Jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was clean and functioning well. The room had an amazing view and the location is amazing. They have many activities including trekking and campfire as well as indoor games and a children's park. Food was decent, options could be improved for buffet. Unfortunately the pool was not functional when we visited due to covid restrictions.

The location is simply superb great view of the mountains and the valley. The infinity pool adds to the beauty of the place. The staff are very friendly and extremely good service. The food quality is also great and room service adds to the experience. There are a few activities as well like trekking, games that add to the fun. This is place that connects you to nature a great getaway

One of the best resort I have ever visited. View from room and ambiance is awesome. Extraordinary food, both veg and non veg has its own taste. Plus point is the staff, such a decent and professional staff. Very well behaved and responsible staff due to all above positive points negative things will vanish.. I strongly recommend for couples or family. I think I will be regular Customer for this resort.

Mesmerizing views from the resort. Staffs are very well behaved and educated. Restaurant is good. Breakfast is awesome with all the different kind of options they bring on their menu. We booked a candlelight dinner which is pretty good. The Tea plantation tour, morning hikes etc are bonus. Thankfully the infinity pool was open when we visited, it has its own charm. A must visit place in Ooty, worth the price I guess.

THE MOST PERFECT PLACE TO BE!! (-food) If you are a nature person, you'll love this place. No complaints on anything apart from the food. We loved the place but not the food as much. They need a ton of improvements two of my friends ended up having a bad stomach next day. We stayed here for about 2 days. Choose the Mountain view rooms, they have the best view. Especially the A4 - A6 room numbers.

We stayed one night in Glyngarth and it was a wonderful experience. A lovely property with a fantastic team... that will take care wonderfully well. Kamal at the front office, Arun at the restaurant, Manager Karthik and everyone one were very courteous and friendly. Food was fantastic and was made as per our specific requirements. A little bit expensive and the last mile roads are bad....otherwise it's value for money and a must try resort.
