I don't take sugar due to various health reasons that means there is no place for cakes and bakery product in my life. On my recent birthday on November 2 my wife brought a cake baked for me and she said it's for not only for birthday formality but you can eat this full 1 kg. Honestly I was like a kid who gets a bag full of chocolates. I enjoyed that cake for 5 days. Thanks glutenfreeindia for having these maidafreecakes choices available. The cake was made with gur/jaggery ( never heard of it in past) and the taste was good too..
