I came here 4 months ago and live all alone. I have a very bad experience with the maintenance department here there are very rude and give threats if you complain again and again. Very poor service. There is always dirty water in the tape of the flush. I caught infection due to that. When I complained regarding that 4 - 5 people came to my flat to check in the odd time. Moreover one of them locked my one of the washrooms which I always keep closed. Then I asked them to open the lock, instead they broke the lock of the washroom. Now I am observing mosquitoes all around, they are coming from the washroom that I always kept locked, even the flush is not working and it smells bad. They have nicely knitted plan to make you sick. Even few neighbors and people living in upper floor are such rowdies that you never feel that you are living in your own flat. They keep banging and striking all around.
Home society at sohna in developed stage with all type of amenities
On initial phase, every big society will have some issues to meet with customer expectations. I am giving this review after living in the society for 3 years. I would like to say that GLS Arawali Homes is one of the best societies in Sohna and it is growing society and turned the place name as GLS ARAWALI CITY. Keep going..!!!
I have been staying here for a couple of months, a beautiful open place . Family friendly got the best faculty around sohna. Here we also get the privilege to play badminton and volleyball. Various festivals are celebrated here joy and togetherness. Few issues like if there was an atm inside would be great. Also a swimming pool would be great. We can't play music after 10 even on weekends like Saturday evenings that's the worst of it all. Otherwise it's good.
Nice living experience. But it's very far away from the main road. Transportation is not available most of the time. Almost 2kms inside from the main road.
Society was fine, if you visit it in the evening hours you love the ambience around, but the builder was not allowing any kind of modification and alterations in the flats so dropped the idea of buying a property out there
