Not too good, not too bad. Let me talk about good first. Specious room, big size bed, specious bathroom, clean area, clean bed, clean towels too. Area is very close to beach like 900m or so and 500m from main road. Now bad points, AC is there but no way to control it. Only 1 LED bulb in room, 1 in bathroom, 1 in balcony... So very low light for the bug room. No chairs in the room, no bed side table to keep your belongings on that. Smell of Food (fish) being cooked in restaurant on ground floor keep coming to the first floor. Entrance to hotel is thru this restaurant only, so I don't think it is good for families. No drinking water supply to the room, u need it, go to restaurant and fill it in your bottle, no jug or glasses are given in the room, no curtain on window, they tied some towel or scarf type cloth on the window. Don't opt for breakfast with the room rent. Though the cost is less but so the quantity, no variety, just 2 lachchha paratha, with very less curry and 1 normal qty tea. Avoid eating at restaurant, if u ask for water, they will come and give the water jug to you, do it your own.

Food was OK, was chicken dum biriyani, tasted OK, chicken pieces looked big but were mostly bones, can't expect much for 120Rs in a tourist district. Cold drinks were not expensive, only 15 to 20 Rs. Place is clean, fast service.

We stayed there for 5 days, rooms were good, very good room service, people working there was very kind and near to the beach. Cheapest price when compared to others.

Very shabby place. Room, bathroom, bed, towels were clean, but the room had only one LED to lite. Just normal plastic chair, no table, no bed side stools to keep phone etc. Food being cooked downstairs will spread smell all over the hotel, and if you don't like smell of fish, u may get annoyed. No drinking water, or jig or glasses were supplied. If u need, go down to restaurant and fill ur bottle yourself. To enter the hotel, you have to pass by this restaurant. Not good for families. Don't opt for breakfast here, free or self paid. Just 2 Lachchha Paratha with very little gravy and a single tea. No variety. If you need more u hv to pay extra. At restaurant, if u ask for water, they will give u water jug, and u have to help urself.

Yup food is good n tasty at reasonable price, staff are very friendly. Rooms are ohk, clean n hygienic. View from my room is good n beautiful. Beaches like baga, Calangute & tivai vadoo are very close.

Nice cheap hotel, rooms were clean, AC, Refrigerator, Wi-Fi,TV,Almirah, Balcony, hot water, clean washrooms available. No timing constraint They will never disturb you If you want something , you have to go to counter ask them because there is no facility of intra-comm(phone)

Amazing food.. Rooms are clean and the service is great... Had an excellent time.. Must stay here when you come to Goa.. Amazing hospitality... Feels like home....
