Your manager who is taking care of Service Center doesn't know how to behave with the customers, using very poor language, huge knowledge gap. Upfront lying, doing miscommunication intentionally. I started the communication with respect like 'Sir ' but he is not deserve that manager position. Please change him for your service betterment. Date of Visit 12/11/2023. This is not a complain, plz take it as a suggestion.

The behaviour of the owner is truly disrespectful. Don't even know how to treat a customer and the difference between bargaining and arguing. Very much disappointing. I have never given any review but this review is need to be posted for other people.

The behaviour of staff of service centre are very rude, specially the guy sitting in billing section. I think proper training is not provided from their organisation. They dont care you. Even you have to wait for long time when they are involved in gossiping. They are very busy to close their centre. No one ask you about you want. They always asking about money not the service.
