Pathetic hospital . No proper service . No standard to be even considered as a basic hospital. They say that they have private rooms but those are not more than a third grade lodges with no service not even drinking water. Staff is very room . Room is unhygienic , beds and sitting units are like mess. I am talking all that about the private rooms with expensive price tags.

I arrived in the emergency as a patient with extremely severe pain in abdomen on Friday, 250823. I was howling in pain. But my medical problem was managed professionally to my utmost satisfaction. The duty doctor was extremely sympathetic and ensured all actions were taken to settle my concern. I stayed most of the day in the adjoining ICU. There again the consultant doctor was at his best. The other outstanding support was given by sister , their services need to be complimented.Tha entire place was clean and very well managed. My nephew was admitted 15 days before under medicine department. After 6 days he get well. During this period I feel really excellent. Management was very nice and staff behaviour was also good. I think this hospital is best private hospital in Begusarai. Again thank you and so much to all staff, doctor and management of glocal hospital Begusarai.

Great hospital, staffs are very helpful. I went in for kidney stone surgery , doctor operated with utmost care . Special mention to admin staff sh. Madhav bharti for giving extra personal care . He was with us all the time & cared in a very humanely way .
