Good Place With Gated Community and atmosphere
Made an enquiry with an idea of buying their plot but the way a LADY STAFF spoke made sure I never ever do business with such arrogant people who show utter disregard and show utter disdain towards their customer. 1. They would never allow you to discuss with the owner or any land representative for any sort of discussion 2. Even to get their document for a legal opinion these people demand ONE LAKH and they won't give you any receipt for it 3. While the Government Guideline is around 350Rs these CHEATS want it to be pumped to 1000 Rs per Sqft I hope the management would look into their staff before placing such arrogant people to interact with customers.
Good Gated Community Area
Its far deep located at vadavalli, beyond TAUTA NAGA. Thats not a park but plots. Most of them sold out. The location is wonderful with a clear view of marudhamalai from your terrace. The place is surrounded by grooves on all the sides. For those who want to settle down in a secluded place this place is one of the best choices.
Calm and neat residential plots in ganapathy. Separate compount walls and water connection available. Whole site is covered by compount wall, Common park and thar road inside the compount. It is little far from the main road, No public transport available to the site. Own vehicle is must.
Small, Quiet residential colony with independent plots / houses. Area yet to develop with amenities.
No proper road facilities and lights even though this is a familiar place
