Very expensive. Collection is not attractive. The things which they have in display are not available. Fabric is not comfortable. And staff force you! Fitting room is not proper there is no proper lock system! I have to use my leg to hold door while changing.

Jewelry is very expensive (trust me you'll find better quality jewelry at one-third price in local shops). Check the jewelry before you buy it because the hooks of majority of them are broken and they won't exchange it even if you have the bill.
Worst customer service ever . Bought being human jeans from Eternity globus. Kept it for fitting. Next day when I came to pick my jeans, as soon as I tried jeans the button popped out and I immediately complained about it to your employee "NITIN BURDE". He took my measurement at the time of purchase also. I told him to fix the button, he hammered it and gave it to me. I said I'll try it to check he said "it's fine, this issue will not happen again". After trying at home it popped out again. Today I went to GLOBUS to complaint about faulted product then your employee "NITIN BURDE"
said to me "We don't have original button, this one is destroyed, Buy being human button from outside and come back to me to fix your jeans "
This is not the way your employee should talk to customers. Fire "NITIN BURDE" and before hiring employees please test their skills thoroughly.

Pathetic service. Looting customers on the name of discount. There policy changes when we go for the exchange of clothes. Beware with there exchange service policy.
We took 2 garments at 60% off each as they mentioned on board but while billing they are telling us that this offer is changed which they also don't know about it. And the staff is also not helpful.
