Worst behavior of staff in scanning center, need to wait 4to 5 hours for a single scan. If patience cannot give the sufficient change for fee, staff behaving like cheaply.High level management should look into this seriously.
Reports are delayed. No proper response.waste of time, in case of emergency also they are seeing for payment. Worst Hospital in Vijayawada. At first they are telling one price and they are charging extra after doing the scan.
Worst experience. They make me wait for 2hours for scanning. Staff is saying that the particular was in meeting in upstairs. And the patient was in severe pain. This is how they treat the patient.

Genuinely speaking, I went there for normal medical check up for the purpose of medical certificate. Doctors and staff are not at all friendly, staff wasted my time due to their improper knowledge, they don't even know the types of medical tests in the list which I brought there...and there is a doctor named Dr.Guru prasad , he is literally shouting on the patients(especially illiterate people) to tell their problems. I know, in india , discrimination is presented everywhere... Global multispeciality hospitals are not an exemption.. Doctors and staff treating patients in different ways depending on their financial status, Reputation, regular patient or new one etc.. I'll describe their reception staff in one word -->"Useless".. they don't even know minimum things except chit chatting about their personals..

Tooooooooo much of waiting time & irony is too much time even with small number of patients at op. In that waiting time u can sleep , u can eat , u can go through the vijayawada city , at sometimes u can travel to abroad also. Still u have to wait for ur checkup time......
