Pathetic and shameless staff . Behaviour and transparency is very poor in this hospital, management and other staff show their insensitivity and arbitrariness. The only good part of this hospital is Dr. Sunil Gadkar but to rech him you have to deal with the staff which is the worst part.
My mother has been operated for knee replacement in this hospital and the surgery was successful which was conducted by Dr. Anish Garg, Sr. Knee replacement surgeon, he is a great, experienced and kind doctor. Also the staff of the hospital was very co-operative & helpful and the room was cleaned & maintained. Many thanks to surgeon, other doctors & all the staff members. Much appreciated.
My mother underwent knee replacement surgery at Global Hospital. The staff was really cooperative and dedicated towards their duties which helped in her speedy recovery. Great services provided.
Very bad experience.... Staff was so pethetic not listening, their behaviour was very bad ....... They charged very high but service was very poor , I waited for 3 hours but doctor did not came and said come tomorrow..... till 5 days i went daily but i didn't met doctor.... Very bad experience
Today I Am taking my discharge of my father's knee replacement surgery from global hospital. It's an great and very very thankful experience I had during all my 6 days of admission. From that staff behaviour till to hygien and all process was up to mark. Special Thanks to Aman Jain from TPA Sunil Sir for consultation and Dr Anish Garg.
The facility and staff was amazing And doctor were so helping.. But if you are one with TPA then the service is not upto mark...
Very poor expirence There is a very poor management, and doctor is not came on time I didn't want give them a single star. My grandfather is admitted for 3 days and after 1 day said that you have to have ultrasound and echo and then we were taken for ultrasound at 12 noon and said that not now it will be in evening and echo will be tomorrow because doctor will come tomorrow or second day also echo didn't happen till 7.30 pm and neither was discharging then we had to go forcefully very bad experience
