We never get a chance to meet the specialist. But they will took consultation fee for that specialist name only. And at reception they will ask to wait to meet that doctor.end of the day we will be meeting junior doctors only. No specialist will see. Don't go thinking that most experienced doctor will see. Doctors juniors will see. I am not sure whether it is same for everyone or it will differ person to person. But I had this experience. It could have been better if we get a chance to meet the same doctor whom we are paying for consulation. Or else mention the doctor name who is attending. For the sake of most experienced doctors only every body will go to big hospitals . But here the case is different. Hospitals are treated as temples and doctors are treated as god's. It will be better if the people working will tell truth than lies. Don't take it in a negative way. And don't harm me for writing this review. Take it as feedback and work towards it. I am not saying attending junior doctor is bad. But it's better if you mention clearly to the patients that experienced doctor was not available. We have these doctors. They will see like this. But which is not there. I believe everybody has the name and that doctors also has name and please mention that. Don't use only one doctor and run the business.

This is not a review alone. It's a warning alert for other patients who are seeking treatment in and around chennai, medavakkam area. I lost my mother because of this hospital. She had a breathlessness issue, due to emergency I was referred by my friend to this hospital. Later I realised for referral they gives comission to him. Being myself a doctor, I realized the treatment is not good here from day one. My mother was diagnosed with ILD, initially they mentioned it was mild so it can be treated. From next day they started to talk negatively. The moment they realized I have an insurance for my mom, they started to charge unnecessarily, which I have it in bill copies. Unnecessary PET scan which costs higher 40k. Improper handling of my mother by duty nurses, they pricked so many times just to find vein. Although my mother is known RA patient they itself know even small prick will cause her severe pain. She got blood clot in both her arms. She cried whenever I went and see her in ICU and she mentioned that they are torturing her so much. I literally seen one cleaning lady was laughing at my mother because of her delirium state . I adviced her to behave properly to not laugh at any patients like this. Duty nurses who use to tie the BIPAP mask forced and tied the band excessively led to two swellings on my mom's forehead. That's the main reason she hesitated to use mask but I was informed like my mother was not cooperative at all . Later only I got to know this when she got discharged to normal ward. My mom cried and told me to shift to someother hospital as she had horrible experience here. The duty nurses and doctors made her worse . As a doctor I felt they treated my mother with psychologically poor attitude. A good psychological behaviour towards any patients is required for good outcome of any treatment, which I felt was lacking here. A doctor who treated my mother for two weeks, left abroad . I was informed by all by his intern student. A basic courtesy was not even there to inform about my mother health and suddenly a new doctor was assigned to treat my mother. And I was assured to get some deduction in final bill also was been false proofed. 1. Worst billing section they made us to wait for more than two hours as the person went for having dinner was missing for longer time. 2. Pathetic front desk. 3. Poor patient handling and management 4. Money looters. They will charge all your assets for treating one health condition. The good thing I found 8n this hospital in in the name of two doctors are Dr. Srinivasan sir and Dr. Raja Velu sir those are persons who knows exactly how to talk and handle the patients. I spent almost 20 Lakhs here of no use. I kindly request you people to enquire well before u make admission here. I made a mistake that most of senior doctors were warned me to get out of this hospital. But I failed to do so. Now my mother is no more. The only regret I have still now is why did I chose this hospital.

I got a Liver transplant here from the expert teams. The surgery was successful. I want to thank them for giving me a new life. Their clear thoughts and experience were beneficial for me in understanding the process and steps for a speedy recovery. Doctors were present whenever I experienced pain or other issue at the hospital, even at midnight and were constantly monitoring me 24/7. The nurse staff at the LTICU showed tremendous care, and all my problems were addressed. For any liver-related illness, this team here at Global are the best because they don't hide anything, be honest and make you feel that we are in safe hands. Thanks again to the team during treatment and after discharge follow-up.

Very good service My mother was treated for heart disease and is much better now. Dr Murga Sundar Pandian is a very good Surgeon..

Roads to the Hospital is pathetic, we do not understand how an Ambulance can take a sick patient on this road. Request Hospital management to speak to municipality and expedite the road construction on war footing before any accident or incident happens and your Hospital name is in all over social media for not taking any action. Looking forward to see the improvement on next visit.

The overall experience was quite frustrating due to the excessive time spent on basic consultations. Waiting for an outpatient consultation took up a significant portion of the day, and the wait times were unreasonably long. Additionally, there was a lack of experienced doctors available on weekends, and even at 5 PM, there was no one present at the reception for registration.

I'm father of manudeep who is admitted for liver transplant surgery on 20/06/2023.Later he was shifted down to picu in the month of July. From that till today it's been more than four months he was in picu and none of them are there with him. Initially he was in ventilator later he underwent tracheostomy. I want to thank the whole health care team members who gave wholistic care to my child. I appreciate the nurses who took care of him day and night, treating him like their own kid. I want to thanks for nurses.they are given second life to my child really very heart full thanks to picu nurses. Well talented nurses the picu.The picu nurses are like angels.

The overall experience and admission was seamless.The room facilities could have been better. The curtain/blinds were broken though they fixed it immediately once we complained. However the sisters and attendants in the ward PVT 1 were very good and sister Asther, Subha, Suresh were all good. Finally the parking situation was needs to be improved. For someone staying in the hospital and already paying money for treatment and admission, it is very funny that we still have to pay Rs 150 for parking per night.Please look into this.
