Best gym in global city virar. Equipments are of top quality and Well maintained. Trainers are supportive. The area is always clean which makes working out a pleasant experience. Plus their membership is also very affordable. Overall, an excellent gym that I highly recommend to everyone.

The gym is fully equipped and has good personal trainers as well. Location is fantastic and easily accessible. Good gym vibe in here I am taking personal training from Prathamesh Tawade sir who is one of the best personal trainer at the gym.

8 Reason Not To Join This Gym 1. The gym's equipment seems to have been lifted from the prehistoric era; using them felt like a workout in itself. 2. The air conditioning was either on vacation or taking a nap, making it feel like a sauna where sweat had its own sweat. 3. The staff's enthusiasm for helping was as absent as my motivation after a week in that uninspiring environment. 4. Cleanliness was clearly not a priority; I've seen dust bunnies lifting weights in the corners. 5. The music selection was a confusing mix of elevator tunes and a dying cat's serenade - definitely not the pump-up playlist I was expecting. 6. The locker room resembled a lost-and-found for sweaty gym gear, with a lingering scent that could challenge even the toughest air fresheners. 7. The Wi-Fi was as reliable as my commitment to that New Year's resolution I made three years ago. 8. In summary, this gym is a masterclass in how not to create an environment conducive to fitness. Save your money and sanity, and find a gym that values modernity, cleanliness, and basic comfort.

Since they upgraded the gym the management has downgraded. Here are many example what is happening there. Ac is always off during afternoon. You literally have to tell them everyday to turn it on. You are not allowed to move bench towards multirack. They don't have enough plate rack and if you drop plates on floor they are bothered. They also have issue if you take you equipment out of the bag in gym area. It doesn't seems like a gym any more. It's like going to school lol. This all began since they upgraded the gym. If you want to enjoy going back to school experience.
