Located among the tea gardens of tata coffee. Rooms are a bit old, but the service and food is exceptional. Thanks Lokesh and Annappa for truly amazing service.

Fantastic plantation experience, in the only tea garden in Coorg, and it's around 100 yrs old! The vistas are unbeatable, as you can see from the pics below, the walks around the property are easy and there are some lovely waterfalls and a stream where one can jump right in. The food is very classic plantation style, excellent. The team there is amazing.. don't go here if you are looking to do a lot of activities, it's a place to just relax and laze around, although you could do a bit of work as well if you really have to, as the 4G is very good. And if you get a clear night sky, you can see all those stars that you wouldn't see in the city! We are cert going back a few more times!

Wonderful experience . Stayed here for 3 nights in Mar 2022 . Lovely hospitality , great food by chef Dharma and wonderful support by Palraj and Rishi , who made exemplified the "Tajness". Tranquility and sweet scents all around - only test estate in Coorg and allows for lovely walks around the estate . Truly memorable experience . Totally unplugged from the dust , grime and city life and just peace and serenity ! .

Amazing place, great hospitality, great food. The bungalow is in a secluded place and the only thing you can do there is soak in the natural beauty, warm sunshine and talk to your friends and family. Set in the midst of a tea estate, the mornings are beautiful to see with the view of the hills and tea gardens. Would love to go again just to disconnect from the world. The property is not wheelchair accessible but can be made accessible if they put some effort.

This place is surrounded by lush greens. The villa was built in 1917 so the interior is pretty Victorian. Some rooms have vetrified tiles. Service is great. Expect good home food & peaceful atmosphere. The property manager Alwin took great care of all our needs.

Wow. With views and access to nature like this who would want to travel far. Rolling tea plantations amidst the coffee estates. Surrounded by greenary, cacophony of birds and insects this is paradise. Wouldn't mind spending a few more days and working from this beautiful estate and bunglow. This particular property is part of the Taj Homestay properties. Check out AMA The chef here is absolutely brilliant and the food awesom. A week here, working and relaxing, will do one tons of good.

Awesome place. In the middle of 2000 acre tea estate. Absolutely great stay and amazing food. Pets are allowed. My family had great time.

Nice place to stay with family. Cost vis a vis facilities are less. View is amazing. Good place to spend time with family. Walk in visit and walk around to nearest tea factory was great. Visit to Tata coffee plantation was not aspiring as the vehicle was not made available. Manager of property was very forthcoming to look after. Regional food like Akki roti was great. Overall a good stay if you don't want a good building rather a stay with nature and with your inner self.
