A charming tea shop that left me impressed. The presence of a tea outlet inside the cafe was delightful, offering a wide selection of teas to purchase. I indulged in a delicious sandwich with smoked salmon and savored three delectable mini burgers. Each item exceeded my expectations in terms of taste. The ambiance was pleasant, and the service was exceptional. Glenburn Tea, known for its illustrious history and reputation, added to the overall experience. Highly recommended.

It's a great place for spending time with your friends. The ambience gives an almost -Italian feel. It's amazing. The food is a little pricey and the menu doesn't have as much avenues but the tastes of the food is amazing. All of them.

Yuzu at Glenburn Cafe This Japanese lemon flavoured iced tea has its base in Moonshine long lead Darjeeling tea sourced directly from the Glenburn estates. Tucked away behind the grand Edwardian facade of the 121-year-old Kanak Building on Russel Street is a smaller and more unassuming building that was once its warehouse space. Today, in its place, stands a smaller building housing one of the city's most charming boutique hotels--The Glenburn Penthouse and the The Glenburn Cafe. While the Penthouse offers unmatched views of Kolkata's most notable structures from the Victoria Memorial to the Howrah Bridge, the cafe on the ground floor is ensconced in a quiet nook off the busy Russel Street. Its light-filled interiors, louvred white windows, chequered marble flooring and vintage decor channel Bengal's history and colonial past. The cafe serves an extensive selection of 23 varieties of Darjeeling, Assam and flavoured blends from their tea estates in Darjeeling and Khongea (Assam) that you can drink there as well as take home with you. Aficionados can enjoy the Darjeeling first and second flushes, or savour the sweet, floral notes of the silver needle white tea. For those who want something simpler, there is a range of herbal teas and infusions to pick from Moroccan mint to a lemongrass green tea.

Food quantity : 4.5 stars. Service prompt. 5 stars. Price : felt a wee bit overpriced. 3 stars. Overall experience: 4 stars.

Location: Inside the small lane beside Fire & Ice cafe, opposite Maidan metro station. Ambience: Tastefully decorated, lot of space between tables ensure privacy, very clean washroom. Service: Very prompt and helpful. Ordered: * Chocolate Hazelnut Shake: thick shake, dense chocolate taste with distinctive hazelnut taste, lot of chocolate powder sprinkled on top, excellent taste.

I always appreciate those kinds of cafes that are quietly nestled in a place that normally doesn't catch anyone's eye. Glenburn cafe radiated a lot of positive energy along with a very chilled vibe as soon as I found it on the ground floor of an office building around Middleton row. The place was definitely aesthetic and gave a good feel because it was evening time. Service was fast and smooth, the food was great, ambience was peaceful.

A lovely cafe in the heart of Kolkata. A little difficult to locate as it is not located on the main road but on a corner in the rear of the building. Suggest you enter from the gate next to Fire&Ice and not the gate on Russel street Axis Bank Service was good and so was the food.The press station of the food was also good. The cafe has a good atmosphere but is extremely noisy as the sounds echo too much. Would recommend you visit the cafe
