Glass House || Shamanur Road || Davanagere - Tourist attraction in Gulbarga, Davanagere - Davangere, India

This is one of the famous tourist attractions in Davanagere. It is a huge glass building with unique shape that looks beautiful. It has a huge garden surrounding it. Inside the glass house there were many flowers decorated in different shapes. It was beautiful. After coming out there is garden, children's play park and fountain. There is also a shop inside for refreshments.

The glass house structure is amazing. It's completely the steel frame that holds a glass facade. It's not well maintained. It looks like typical park.

This is a great place to spend 1-2 hours. It is located around 6km from Davangere Railway Station. It is open daily from 10 am to 5.30 pm but maps show that it is closed on Sundays. Eatables are not allowed inside.

It is really good. But except for the ticket price.. it is like a nursery or just like a park. Just because of one glass house which is good only before 9AM or after 5PM playing ticket fee and for camera separate fee is over.. it is not worthy to pay money coz when compared with this there is more aesthetic pleasure available for free in davangere like pond with walking belt, which is attached to glass house but with different entry

Must visit place in Davangere. It's near the lake. You can see a variety of plants. They have maintained very well.

Glass house is good. Need park and kids play area improvement. Security to be tightened.

Biggest glass house in India. Well maintained. Weekend musical fountain shows are must watch.

Nice for family and kids to yravel and vist here..this is a graden and there Got playground too. And romantic place to take some photographs too There should have been mini market near by and more facilities like public transportation Glass house cum Botanical Garden. This is very near to National Highway and near to Kundawada Lake.
