Glass House - Grill & Bar - Bar in Shillong - East Khasi Hills, India

Loved the ambience. The staff is friendly. A day visit would give view around the bar. ( the glass effect)The prices are on the higher side. The washrooms are right at the entrance and doesn't give you a warm welcome. Toilets were smelly.

Good ambience, cocktails were amazing, did not order lot of food but food menu looks good has sea foods also. Live kitchen needs improvement as it looks messy they need to make it look organized as the chefs are cooking in front of the guests a live kitchen should always looks beautiful, the kitchen staff should be in proper chefs uniform. The worst part are the servers they need to communicate more with the guests, they don't pay much attention and don't explain you about food or drinks which shows lack of knowledge the management must work on training them in customer service. If they work on these things the place is gonna elevate to next level, as it is an amazing place to chill and enjoy the foods and drinks. Thank you.

It's a good place to hang out

Love the ambience and the staffs are super friendly especially Suni. One thing I didn't like is the table was shaky and it's in its proper position. Our drinks and food could have spilled. Please check on the furnitures for better comfort.

The worst service I've ever experienced. The order is always delayed literally always and this is not the one time or two time experience I am talking about I've been there multiple times. The helpers are always busy doing nothing and not friendly at all. The manager is a dumb and I'm not even sure he even understands what customer service is. To my fellow friends I rather suggest u all to go cloud 9. A little bit more in few drinks and food you gona spend but it's worth it. I wish I could give negative marking to Glass house

I was wanting to visit this place for a very long time, its kind of ok.. not that grand. The ambience is calm and the interior is also good. But the food is not up to the mark i must say. In the name of malai chicken i got some dry and small cubes of chckn which was really cold . Its not a wow place but yeah its ok to visit once

This place is best for hanging out with friends.... Although the price of the snacks are a little high compared with the quantity however they have a wide variety of snacks which are soo good along with the drinks... The only disadvantage is that they don't have a main couse menu... Otherwise the vibe, the service, the ambience is great One of the must visit places in shillong!

Loved the ambience and the service but the food presentation isn't that appealing As per food taste it's okay. However, it's a nice place to chill out alone, with friends/family
