SCAM ALERT Visited this place with 7 people in total, we were greeted with the staff at the entrance already set to place an order. The staff said that crispy chicken was one of the fastest available dish. They failed to mention that it is the HIGHEST priced dish in their started menu. This way of cheating a customer is a very bad impression. Never in this world I've seen Crispy Chicken costing Rs530. Sidenote, their sweet lassi is essentially buttermilk sweetened with sugar (HOW BADLY CAN YOU SCREW THIS UP?)
It's a quite decent hotel in Charring cross, Ooty. The main highlight of this hotel is the location and it's accessibility to shops and restaurants. Rooms are decent enough but the price is on the expensive side. You can find better resorts and homestay for this price range. Car parking is good and there is enough space to park around 20 cars.

There is restaurant below this hotel. Wetters are stupid and arrogant. They don't know how to speak with customers. Also used bad language on father mother level. Never visit this hotel and restaurant. Towels not available for 2 days. Hot water not came for one day. Bathrooms are horrible. Don't visit this hotel ..you will simply waste your money and mood off your whole journey.

A beautiful and cozy cafe in Kotagiri. The food was just too good! And the desserts and hot chocolate were lip smacking. The couple who runs the place were too sweet and hosted us like their own kids. Definitely would recommend 5/5 !

Best place to stay in Kotagiri for a relaxing experience. The caretaker Mr. Graden is exceptionally good at tending to the guests and I should say we got more than we asked for everytime. The food is delicious and our favourite was the chicken roast!
