Terrible experience. Even after taking a prior appointment, they made me wait for 2.5 hrs and did just a hair wash. After a hair wash n making me wait for 2.5 hrs, they realise there is no stock of keratin's products in parlour. After all this they charge you for hair wash, which was never a part of my plan. For your time n good customer service, please don't opt for this branch parlour
Terrible terrible place. Had to call multiple times even to enquire on smallest of small things. No Proper response from anyone. Whenever called Owner mamatha kept on saying I'm busy I will Call later n never called back after multiple follow-ups. Very bad experience ever. What can u expect from these people. Please don't go here
Pathetic service, they asked me to come at 5pm, when I reached, they woke up their single hair dresser from his sleep, he told me he had another appointment n can't do my hair, he then saw the picture of the hairstyle I wanted n said he can't cut that style, must be fine for basics like trimming etc but that's it, not going here again
Worst experience ever. Local parlours are far better than these beauticians. Seriously 1 star is also not eligible for their service, unfortunately cannot give 0 star. One of the beautician took more than 30 mins for my eyebrow threading. Even after giving all the instructions, bearing the pain of holding eyebrows for 30mins she spoiled overall shape and said sorry at the end which is really very annoying. I don't recommend this saloon at all. Also for any other service they charge extra saying whatever we are asking for is not available/product out of stock. If we refuse, they say it's ok, we will do it for the same price. It's nothing but cheating a customer.
Discusting, The barber of this spa, he was chewing tabacco he is talking in same manner, The old customers hair is in the seats only they not even cleaned that for a long time, seriously they are unprofessional ,Its expensive compared to other spa's not worth for the money. I recommend please don't waste your money and time here.

After calling and checking for an appointment, they said I can come as no one is there! After I went waited for 30mins with no luck. What was unbelievable was the hair stylist was busy ordering chicken while attending the previous customer!!! Walked out without using their service!!! Pathetic!
This used to be my regular place , they really cut down on quality and cleanliness . The barber was chewing tobacco while doing my haircut , it was gross and disgusting. He was very unprofessional. Overall it was a horrible experience and over priced.
