Dear All Wishing to share my shorthand experience of last 3 months @ gladiator gym kadavanthra.Such a marvellous place wherein one can explore different aspects of workouts and tone one's physique with no boundaries.I visit the gym with my wife and find it very family friendly.The trainers Mrs Manju Vikas and Mr Abhishek are always welcome to guide you. They seem to have lot of activities and tailor made packages to choose from.Also they have one more branch @ Jawahar nagar. I managed to shed 5 kg in a span of 2 months.I would rate it cent per cent. Please keep the good work Team Gladiators

Well I have known Mr.Vikas, who is the instructor in the Gladiator gym, for a very long time, almost for the past 13 years. I must say that I had the privilege to start my workouts under his supervision. His knowledge in the field of fitness is truly amazing. He has his own style of training but what is even more commendable is his urge to keep up with time and latest techniques in fitness.There is another quality of him I must highlight, he pays equal attention to all his customers ,you will never have a feeling of being left alone or isolated under his training. The gym is very well equipped and totally worth the money that you pay.The combination of a wonderful instructor and large variety of quality equipment makes this a perfect place to head out to for your workouts.
