Gym is good, environment is great but my trainer Mr. Hritik kashyap he's the best support and person one can get here, I am extremely cherished to say that he makes every day of us worthy , Simply the reason behind why I am here and you should be here too. I took both general and personal training. The trainers are bad, owner is extremely rude, the accountant lady screams if a client complaints, they don't take your measurements or even keep track of the improvement. Everyday one or the other client complains of owner's and the lady's behaviour and lack of attention. They don't provide efficient training schedules or even basic diets are not as per the body requirement. The floor isn't clean, they do formality of spraying water everywhere but the mat stinks. Ambience is negative, the owner stares at people working out on the floor. Complete waste of time, money, and energy. It was good back in the talwalkar days, after that its horrible.

Well personally i feel each and every trainer is great here but if i talk about my personal experience i will recommend "vikram narula" should be your first priority if you are thinking of getting trained under one.

Though no one is perfect but striving for perfection is a quality we find rarely in the world full of marketing . Yes I am reviewing it based upon my experience... I have lost 10 kgs in two months and rest two I have toned my body through their guidance. Your own hard work do matter

Its a good gym. There are 4 trainers to train you. The best thing is that the area is good to train so you don't feel suffocating. They also give you diet chart and councel you. And they call you to ask if you're happy with the experience and not facing any issue at certain intervals of time.
