We travelled from Bangalore for a day's stay (family with a 3 yr old). Very well maintained hotel. Room was very clean. The staff was courteous as well. Special mention to the manager (Mr. Nishant) who personally helped us with our departure as well.
We celebrated our son's fourth bday at glades hotel they made it memorable . All d decorations and service was amazing . The quality of food is very good nd fresh . Thnkx to Neha who made dis day special for us .
Very small sized rooms, they provide matress in name of extra bed which you have to put on floor, just imagine after spending Rs. 4000/- per night, washroons are cramped and very very tiny. Checkin was not fruitful at all receptionist has only one answer for all your queries i.e' NO'. Another annoying thing is that this hotel has a n terrace restaurant where they play loud music whole night so if you want a peaceful night pls put earbuds in your ears, and when u raise an issue for this then receptionist has a big NO for u.... Terrible Experience at Glades Hotel: Proceed with Caution Our recent stay at Glades Hotel was far from smooth. To begin with, they sent us a suspicious payment link through Agoda, which they later blamed on a "system hiccup." Despite selecting the "pay at the hotel" option, they insisted on advance payment, only relenting after we contacted Agoda. As if that weren't enough, they charged us for breakfast, even though it was included in our booking confirmation from Agoda. This raised serious concerns about their communication and billing practices. In summary, our stay was riddled with hassles, uncertainties, and what seemed like attempts to extract more money. We strongly advise future guests to exercise caution and explore alternative options for a stress-free stay. While Glades Hotel may have potential, our experience has left us deeply skeptical about their reliability and transparency. Our hope is that this feedback will lead to improvements in their service for the benefit of future guests.
Arranged my first wedding anniversary party at Skygrill. Everybody enjoyed a lot. Good Food, Good Ambience and most importantly good location. I recommend Skygrill for the Parties, Small gatherings and Events.

I recently stayed at this newly built hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The clean and modern rooms provided a comfortable stay, and the reception area exuded a welcoming atmosphere. The valet service added a touch of convenience to my experience.
The personnel at the hotel and Treebo provided excellent service. Staff was really courteous and professional, and we had a fantastic time. The hotel manager was really friendly and pleasant.
