GKB Opticals - Optician in Mumbai - Mumbai Suburban, India

I've been going to GKB Powai off and on since the last 5 years. What makes them stand out is their excellent customer service and attention to detail. Recently purchased lenses and asked them to deliver it home, since they aren't too far. It wasn't a high value item and yet they packed it so well inside a sturdy box and included a lens case within for additional safety - stuff you expect only from luxury brands. Hats off to Devangi for setting the bar for excellence so high.

I have been going to GBK for several years. I am not sure if the ownership changed or if they are just dropping the ball but my experience over the last few days has just been very bad. The service was all about selling me what I did not need. The delivery of my new glasses did not happen until I went there to check myself. Finally the glasses are not right and I will have to go back there tomorrow. Very poor experience overall and no empathy or customer centric behaviour in the shop. Sack the sales guy. He is useless! I am deeply disappointed in an outlet which charges a premium for supposedly superior service. That service is now very poor!

She is fantastic at her work and suggestion, people who really need assistance and our confused about your eyes please visit her and you will be amazed. The store offered a good spread of options to choose from. Mr Sarfaraz from GKB helped me to get the right kind of frame and power glasses. He was very thoughtful for my post purchase requirements. Very satisfied with the purchase.

1st time ever in my life I came across such poor service. When I asked to show their terms and conditions apply they are telling me it's Verbal and not written!!!! Horrible experience. Fool their customers on the name of on going offers. Fraud schemes are fun by them. Poor customer relationship. Upon being their fault, they are blaming customer and arguing with the customer. Will never go here again!

Very prompt service. Needed to get specs for my father who is a senior citizen. It was an emergency situation. GKB fast tracked the order and home delivered it. Thank you GKB for making my dad comfortable

Cheap quality goggles at high price. The owner itself is acorrupt person. This gkb optical use to post negative reveiws about other shops without any specific reason. ,
