I've bought four pieces of jewelry from Giva so far. It's become my go-to site for dailywear and gifting. I love the designs, the quality is good and so is the packaging. The 6 month warranty doesn't hurt either.

I love every collection they have at Giva....I have been buying from here for myself as well as gifts for my friends and I can say that the quality is really good. They also have lifetime polishing which is really good and they their customer service is also very good. It's one brand that I trust for my silver wear purchases. I usually get the products delivered within a couple of days so haven't had any issues with delivery till date.
They don't even deserve 1star rating. This is the worst jewellery buying experience I have ever had. The product quality is pathetic not worth the money. I recently bought a customised name necklace and it has turned black just after 1 use. Totally disappointed never go for their products. They are getting business just by Anushka Sharma being associated with Giva.
I had a really good experience buying jewellery from giva. The jewelries are light weighted, stylish and serve good for a minimalistic look. I had bought one set of earing which is really nice.
I ordered a jwellery and there was some problem with the Polishing, the customer support takes forever to answer and it never ever connects. Mine got connected after five six trials and waiting for two hours straight combining all calls. The support finally took up the issue got the item picked but forgot to raise the exchange. For which again I had to go through a tedious process of waiting and follow-ups. Never signing up for this online, maybe the store experience would be better. God knows
It was way too difficult to insert the clasp into the stud and to remove it from the stud as well. When I tried to remove the clasp the pearl came off of the stud. Its a very bitter experience and disappointed that the stud has become worthless within just two days. I would never recommend anyone to buy from GIVA shop.
