Update: Had made a request to change the Silver coloured article to Rose Gold. And I have been constantly kept updated by the Executive Mr. Mahesh. Today, I exchanged the product (we'll within the replacement period) and the process was seamless. ------------------------- Decent collection. The staff is helpful. But I would have appreciated more proactiveness. I asked for a rose gold coloured item. That was out of stock. And until i asked they didn't tell me that they had a similar one in silver colour. Likewise for the discount. There was a promo code available for online purchase. But they didn't inform me of it until asked for offline purchase. Small things.. But make a difference.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS STORE. PLUS GIVA IS A SCAM, DON'T BUY. They claim they'll do free re-plating, etc, they'll NOT DO ANYTHING when it's time to honour their commitment. BE MINDFUL THAT THESE GUYS WILL NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT ONLINE PURCHASES, BEWARE TO SPEND ANY MONEY ON THIS BRAND. Spent more than half a lakh on this brand, NOT SPENDING ANOTHER RUPEE ON THIS.
