I was admitted my daughter for tonsillectomy surgery ,doctors response is very good and very friendly ,sisters was caring good , and 7th floor incharge Mr.Manoj also giving good guidance and take care from day 1 to discharge day . He is very friendly to communicate with him...iam very happy to share this my experience is very good and happy

My name is K Krishna.i was admitted my daughter due dengue fever in pediatric ward.doctor was very good and they doing rounds frequently and known about patient conditions,sisters also doing frequent rounds and giving medicine time to time ,sisters caring is very good. housekeeping staff also very good ward is very cleaned by housekeeping staff overall experience very satisfied

we are admit in emergency services regarding for maternity purposa.. and We are very happy in this hospital.... Doctors,staff, nursing staff, and food also very good... Especially doctors are very friendly and explain every thing ... Finally very good service....

I recently had a health scare and thought I was having a heart attack. In a state of panic, I called an ambulance and was taken to the hospital at 5 am. While the doctors were understanding and kind throughout the entire process, my experience with the male and female nurses left much to be desired. The doctors immediately began running tests to assess my condition and were empathetic during this stressful time. They explained the procedures and potential diagnoses with patience, putting me at ease. Their professional and caring approach helped alleviate some of my anxieties, and I felt well taken care of under their watch. However, the same cannot be said for the nurses who attended to me. From the moment I arrived at the hospital, they seemed indifferent and dismissive. Despite the seriousness of my situation, their lack of compassion was evident. Instead of offering reassurance, they made sarcastic comments and appeared to be judgmental. As the tests revealed that my symptoms were due to gas and not a heart attack, their rudeness did not subside. I overheard one of the nurses making insensitive remarks about patients like me, questioning why we come to the hospital for what they perceived as trivial reasons. This hurtful commentary made me feel embarrassed and ashamed, adding to the distress I was already feeling. It's essential for healthcare professionals to treat patients with respect and dignity, regardless of the severity of their condition. The doctors demonstrated the compassion and understanding that one should expect during a medical emergency, but the nurses failed to meet this standard. In the end, I am grateful for the proper diagnosis and the care provided by the doctors. They made a scary situation more manageable, and their professionalism was commendable. However, the behavior of the nurses left a negative impression on what could have been a more reassuring and comforting experience. I hope that the hospital management will address this issue, as compassionate nursing care is just as crucial as competent medical treatment. Patients deserve to be treated with kindness and empathy during times of vulnerability, and it's my hope that future visitors to the hospital will not encounter the same discourteous attitude that I experienced. Overall, my rating reflects the stark contrast between the compassionate doctors and the rude nurses, leaving me with mixed feelings about my hospital visit.

Here in Gitam General Surgery Department Doctors, Nurses, and staff are all very friendly which makes patients feel happy. Also the Hospital maintain hygienic along with cleaning in Wards everyday. So I recommend Gitam hospital for treatment.

Doctors are very irresponsible. My friend went to gitam hospital with neurological problem and that doctors ( both neurologist and neuro surgeon) didn't see the reports of MRI and EEG once and even didn't tell what is happening to her I don't know that doctor is having an idea on those reports Very very worst hospital that I had never seen in visakhapatnam

I have admitted in gitam hospital for my delivery and I have a great experience throughout my visits before of my delivery. Maternity ward : I have done normal delivery and got good support from doctors and staff.
