The ambiance is consistently poor and lacks appeal. The service is remarkably sluggish, requiring constant reminders for essentials like paper towels and plates. Despite being labeled as air-conditioned, the cooling is far from satisfactory. The chicken lollipop lacked flavor, was dry, and overly salty. The dry deep-fried chicken platter was among the worst I've had. The Chicken Mandi had no depth of flavor and lacked any taste. The Mutton Mandi was both devoid of value and taste. Overall, this place fell short of delivering a true Mandi experience, and I've had much better street food that outperforms it.

recently visited Gismat Arabic Restaurant and ordered their Mandi, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst Mandi I've ever had. I had high expectations, but the dish fell short in several aspects. **1. Taste and Flavor:** The biryani lacked the authentic flavors that I usually associate with this dish. The rice seemed overcooked and had a mushy texture, and the spices were not balanced well, resulting in a rather bland and unappetizing taste. **2. Quality of Ingredients:** I was disappointed with the quality of ingredients used in the Mandi. The meat seemed tough and chewy, and I also noticed a lack of fresh herbs and aromatic spices that are essential for a flavorful Mandi. **3. Portion Size:** The portion size was adequate, but considering the taste and quality, I believe the price was too high. It didn't justify the overall dining experience. **4. Service:** The service was slow, and it took quite a while for the biryani to be served. Additionally, the staff didn't seem attentive to the needs of the customers, which further added to the disappointment. **5. Ambience:** worst I sincerely hope that gismat takes these points into consideration and works on improving the quality of their biryani. As a food enthusiast, I believe that the potential for a fantastic Mandi is there, but the execution needs significant improvement. I'm willing to give this restaurant another chance if I see positive changes in the future. But for now, I cannot recommend their biryani based on my recent visit. I often visit this place & fav dish was Lamb Juicy Mandi , Sometimes it is used to be very good and sometimes it doesn't meet our expectations don't know why they maintain stability , Starters are highly priced , Mandi's are very good.

Mandi rice quantity is less even ordered for 3 people. Service is good. Taste is good as well.

We ordered jumbo madi biriyani, Biriyani Rice is not that much tasty whereas mutton, fish and chicken pieces are good, the atmosphere is not good inside the hotel.

It worst ambience and especially at the billing counter had one old guy, he has zero decency and worst treatment & no common sense toward couples, plz don't encourage them. Note: This is my honest review

Good taste & decent ambiance. The seating areas are a bit sticky sticky. They need to be cleaned a bit more. Other than that, parking will be the only problem in here if you bring a car.

Very very worst services and we ordered jumbo juicy Mandi but rice given very low quality and quantity. Please don't go this hotel for ever. And Management very hospitality to client.
