The gym contains a lot of machines for your workouts and the people are really friendly and guide you if you're a beginner.
The membership price is also very budget friendly..!

Wow what a trainer in Girish Gym..I like the way they tech technique to burn your FAT...Thank you very much To My trainer Nani(MK) Best Trainer for your workouts...He had everything has technique to it. So if there's something you wanna try out, I think it's always good to get a trainer or listen to people who know what they're doing.

All the trainers are good including general traning name prabhkar Anna and personal trainer Litesh Anna . Gym is very clean . Any time I visit then will accept me in good way . Gym was 24 hrs open. Overall it was excellent.
The gym is good, all the trainers are nice and are always ready to guide whenever you are in need of guidance, in terms of cleanliness I can give you guarantee that this place is damn clean.
