Overall good service. Saw many complaining about time but we had good experience. Were able to meet multiple doctors in less time. Price wise felt ok. Accepts cards and UPI payments. Staffs were efficient and was cooperative. Canteen is just average. Only few options and everything tasted just ok. Also seating and service should improve. Parking is a mess, have multiple places to park at few hundred meters from hospital. It's difficult to walk to and from parking. Giving 4 as they're good at their core purpose. ie, giving good treatment to patients.

Worst hospital which I have ever met. Not at all organised for proper visit. Got appointment at 3pm & visit Doctor at 6:30pm. No plan to visit again

Worst canteen ever saw in a hospital. Road side shops are far better than this. Zero rating for cleanliness. Management must look into it. Experienced more delay in getting the registration process completed. Have the receptionist collect the op registration charges so that the visitors can avoid standing in another queue. Dr. Neena and the optometrist team are good!

Amazing Experience ..... Loved it . Got my lasik treatment done hassle-free . The nurses and each staff guided us through each step one at a time. Extra clean and well-maintained .

I recently underwent LASEK surgery and had an outstanding experience. The entire process was incredibly smooth, from the initial consultation to the surgery itself. The doctor made me feel at ease throughout the procedure. The nurses were exceptionally cooperative, patiently addressing all my doubts and explaining the post-surgery procedures. They provided great care and support during the recovery process. Booking follow-up appointments was a breeze, and the clinic's facilities were top-notch. Moreover, the pre-surgery checkup was thorough and efficient.

Two months back I had cataract surgery. Dr Sai Kumar with his high profile efficiency in this field did an excellent job. The professional touch of His team is brilliant and formidable. My wife too had the same surgery three years back. Madam Sunitha was very helpful for my wife as well for me. Sunitha Mam gave us an effective orientation about the doctors and various departments. This paved the way for our problems and concerns. Whenever my friends had issues regarding their eyes I suggested them to call Sunitha and get her coordinations. She is an excellent coordinator and does her duty in a remarkably well manner. All my friends are very well comfortable with her guidance. I recommend all to consider Giridhar Eye hospital as the first resort for your eye issues and concerns.

I recently had LASIK treatment.The staff was supportive and guided me through each step , making sure I was informed and comfortable.Giving overall a 4 star for the service.

Rude character of staff..it's very uncomfortable for the patients abd bystanders..there is no good facility for waiting area..always we will need to walk around. Please educate your staff how to behave to the patients and bystanders..and also please provide some good facility in waiting area.
