Worst Experience!!! our family went to bring mixer, 4burner stove and took some combo offer items.Waiting for half n hour, a lady came and attended us.After sales, bad response from executive, they r very serious in their target, not for customer relationship.New Mixer getting very noisy, i called executive as nd told regarding this issue, she is telling it will be charged. Then whats the meaning of warranty, guarentee???I wont refer to any one ti buy in GIRIAS..

They have Wide range of collection with competitive prices. They offer good discount compared to other major stores.If you are buying accessories, please ensure they fit the specifications of purchased product. Exchanging will be bit hectic later. based on my own personal experience

Worst experience. Seriously,Girias should consider appointing staff with responsibility and some manners. I Donno what his post , but he is too rude, careless and mannerless. He doesn't even know how to speak and behave with customers. Girias management should consider atleast minimum standards while appointing staff.

We bought a Panasonic TV last week and the representative of yelahanka girias showroom sold us a smart TV while we asked if it was an Android TV, we couldn't download any application and the installed apps weren't working properly, and the service team of Panasonic and the girias weren't even responsible enough to fix the issue for us. The TV seems to be completely in a ill state of software version and we we're blinded, tricked by the representative of that showroom.

I went this showroom around 7:30pm on 27th May 2022 ... i asked for the product... No one was there to attend.. There were many staff sitting in the counter, when I asked them they just kept saying they don't have staff and i should wait... after 5minutes i again asked if anyone can attend even then they bluntly and rudely replied if you want someone to attend you have to wait...I was surprised when they said no staff when atleast 5 of them was sitting in the counter chit chatting... I don't think any of the staff sitting here want to sell any product... With so much competition in the market i was surprised with this pathetic behaviour.

Price is higher in compare to other shop although they will give some small thing as a gift but will not reduce the price, No care after purchase. You have to chase salesman if any problem comes, showroom is not taking care for customer.

Worst experience girias showroom They just give fake information for the sake of purchase. Mahadevi she as given me totally wrong information yesterday i order micro oven , she said product is available at tomorrow i agree and myself only called to mahadevi she said product is available at 3clock i said ok but afternoon again i called har she so irresponsible and again she saying product not available again she is postponed she don't know anything about product Please inform customers beforehand what you can actually do... Not for the time being of purchasing

The place is good. But they try to sell you the models of their wish. For example if you like a particular brand they avoid that and tell only negatives on that. Then they try and sell their favourite brand . Its funny how they think people would not have done their research before deciding on a product. And one more thing, they need an expert finance guy. One needs to be swift and promising. Converting everything to emi is not a solution. They should provide best options to the customer so they return to buy a new product.
