I am living in Chennai but as my father's hometown is Nagercoil and as he has build a new house so I decided add new ac for him so I called Girias Nagercoil and they responded well and completed the Installation works perfectly. And Mr.Raghavan was very customer friendly. And done his work perfectly.
I'm really sorry for this 1 star rating. Staffs didn't arrange the service person as they promised especially Muthu kumar ( executive) worst in market. I didn't get any updates regarding the installation. I was keep on calling them and after that they are saying that appointment timing has been postponed. Staffs should talk politely to the customers. My whole day work plan has collapsed.
Very bad experience, shopkeepers don't wanna explain anything about AC instead they want me to pick an AC immediately at the moment I entered showroom. They explain very much about holiday packages offered with their products and freebies. Customer experience is very bad and professional approach is totally missing
Had visited Girias showroom today to buy whirlpool fridge Ragavan bro explained clearly about the products and the service was excellent. Highly recommended.

Recently went for purchase for split AC in girias showroom Nagercoil, staffs are so lazy and they are not ready to explain about the product also they don't have much knowledge about it . Finally I checked about the details by comparing the model number in the website and also the staff behaviour is so rude by raising their voice if we ask for discount or about the product details, especially the customer manager Raghavan. Worst thing is he wanted to put Google review on my behalf in from my mobile.
