One of the trusted dealers in Electronics and home appliances.... This was my first visit in Girias Mysore( before at Banglore). The customer service was topnotch.. They even had the latest good available in the market and of all the popular brands. They offer attractive discount price and also exchange offer on old appliances. The place is prominent , plenty of parking available in their backyard. I bought a 4 flame Gas Stove(preethi) and a Godrej washing machine. They offered a discount of nearly 10K and also a Iron b0x of Rs 1,300. 100% satisfaction with the shopping and discounts they offer.

I visited this store to buy a TV for my neighbor, who doesn't believe in online shopping. The salespeople tried to push me towards a TV that they made more profit on. I eventually settled on an LG TV, and my neighbor used my credit card to buy it. The salesperson said that there was a no-cost EMI option available, but when I checked my statement, I saw that they had actually opted for a normal EMI plan. They mislead alot Please don't buy there if you want a feel of product visit the store and buy the product online at convience of your home

I bought a Whirlpool washing machine from them 4 days back and they haven't sent the executive for demo. I kept on calling them repeatedly and they say the technician has to come when they are free as they are busy with huge sales. This is their behaviour with the new customer. Just imagine how they might treat when we call them for service and repairs in future.

Extremely co-operatively and friendly staff. Took efforts to demonstrate the difference between the different televisions through physical as well as technical means. Special thanks to Shyam for his time and efforts in ensuring timely delivery and installation of the product.

Very poor in service relationship post delivery of the product. I am not getting my cash back money from Girias mysore, waiting period is 90days but no response after 180 days. Also not picking up the calls.

Very bad customer service we bought one washing machine after all billing the are demanding 500rs for delivery charge as they not said before billing if we questioned to manager they are behaving like harsh very bad service I won't recommend to any one to buy at girias competitive like reliance croma n pai they are very good in all part Highly disappointed

I visited the stores for purchse of a washing machine and a drying unit. The sales executive Sri Satheesh extended a warm welcome. Upon knowing my requirements he detailed me about the various aspects of the functionality and the price range of each brand of the product. He also explained to me in detail about the various discounts and mode of payment I bought the washing machine. I am immensely happy with the services Sri Satheesh in particular and the dedicated team on the floor.

We had a very good experience at this store. The only place where they were willing to take in our two fridges in exchange for a new one. A huge number of choices. Mr. Puttaswamy was very knowledgeable and managed to get us a good deal with exactly what we wanted. Thanks and kudos!
