Hi Team, This regards to the service provided in the Girias branch - Kuvempunagar Mysore Karnataka. I really had a bad experience while visited the branch to purchase Air cooler. No one responded when I asked for product information because it is small appliance. Myself checked the product information in Google and checked the review about the product. The branch doesn't have representative for small appliance niether incharge of small appliance. For billing also waited almost 30mins and requested for product demo at store so they asked us to wait for 30mins. Very worst experience I feel it should improvise the customer service. Not even manager was present to complain about the service. The executive over the branch doesn't want to any sales so better to close the branch. Overall negative experience. Reliance and Croma was far better than Girias. Hope the concerned team will take necessary action.
After sales service is very Bad , not keeping the commitment on installation .. before finalising take a committed time on installation are else they will make you to wait for 3 days ..

Such a third class people, don't know how to handle the customers, I visited 3 to 6 times for demo installation which I purchased also did not guided us properly on the product and asked to refund for 600 but that also too much delay in process and dont trust this outet anymore. Pathetic product purchased Haier tv 55inch 4K but the movies or any documentary series hdr doesn't play resolution switching to 2k uhd from 4K. None of technical team having idea and uhd movies while playing screen goes fully pink . Looks product defective or sales goofing up customers
