Let me start with the service provided by the customer executive Point 1 Mr. Abhishek the great version for worst handling the customers. Where I was enquired about washing machine and the reply from this guy was disgusting. Point 2. more, this person doesn't respect the customers and he ask customers to come to his seat, is this the manners? Point 3.The way he handled was pathetic and I would request Girias to authentic the right spoc to improve the business and if at all you continued with this bloody executive you really gonna miss the great sales i sware.

While we have been a regular customer from a long time for this shop this time they have not responding properly, their service is not good. We have bought a Bosch washing machine 15 days back while rotating the machine getting shaky. If we inform them they are not responding properly. Till now they have not solved the problem worst service . I will not suggest this shop to buy anything in this shop. They have not fix the washing machine on a stand they kept the washing machine on the floor and went away. If we call them they are not reponding properly. I am not agree to give them a single star. The worst service. I firmly do not rcommend Girias anymore.

Don't buy any items from this place,one star is also can't give for them they are worst than it .
