Especially the guys in reception (bengali girls and boys) is too good,very good looks also. There behavior, talking and respect is very nice. I don't exactly the name of those person, I can mention if I know. Verities of food in restaurant also very good quality. Ginger is very good star hotel.

Room aren't clean, very late service, Food quality is poor too. Entirely not a justice to Money. Too much of Money charged for very poor quality Hotel. I wouldn't recommend even for any emergency situations. Especially People with OCD may get Anxiety or Panic Attack.

A very good and absolutely well maintained hotel. The staff are worth mentioning as they are courteous and very hospitable in their approach. A definite 5 star recommended

Hotel ambience & room interior was good. Executives & employees are friendly & respectful. Breakfast is worth the money. Budget friendly hotel for official visits. Spencer store on the first floor for shopping.

Nice peaceful budget friendly stay. Rooms are clean that's what I liked most of the place. Ginger does a lot of cost cutting like they recharge the tv channel.only for the stay duration of you ask them. No dental.kits but if u ask them they will.provide the same. Overall.spacious clean room and good ambience. Food was really nice and hygienic especially when you are travelling . Stayed here on an official visit and won't mind to stay with my family. While it served my purpose as i had to visit places close by. The location is far off from the beach

Toiletries, slippers everything was chargeable. You can't take breakfast outside their cafeteria area. I have pics of cockroach and bed bug i saw in my room of stay. No one signs for these esp after shelling out so much from one's pocket. Also the adress link provided by MMT in their booking SMS was misleading imagine a 1st time visitor as i's plight!

1. I saw Chinthalapudi group hotel at the entrance. Wondered where had I reached? 2. Auto person told its only Ginger and told slowly it's fake Ginger. 3. After going inside, thought that's true.. Ambience was like a normal hotel, not the Ginger experience I had at various other places in India. 4. I thought it's not my money's worth staying there.. Because I stayed at the cost charged for GINGER. Not for GINGER franchisee. 5. If you franchised the hotel to some other person, say it loudly and clearly. 6. Location is also in some corner of city. Shopping and tourism areas are no where nearby. My request for you is to mention the hotel as GINGER Franchisee not GINGER. Aura and ambience of GINGER Was missing in this hotel. So called MD making loud YouTube listenings in the presence of guests etc, I haven't seen any other GINGER. Staff at restaurant Anita, Sandhya and Durga Prasad and front desk staff was excellent.
