We had a 3 day stay here and I love the service they give here. The staff was very co-operative especially the night staff subho is very responsible and aware about the guest's requirements. Everyone is very friendly,I really appreciate their efforts and I loved the performance. Food is very tasty and they have a very nice menu including 1 non-veg dish in every meal.....All over I loved my stay here and would thank the staff to make it memorable.

Old building. Not maintained. Rooms have damp. Overall not good if you are looking for well opened/vantilated rooms. Breakfast is not good. Cockroach every where in rooms. Swimming pool is fine but it's related facilities are not. They advertise as resort with swimming pool, gym etc but I would rather stay at any normal non-resort type hotel with clean room walls. Everyone who came around that time was fighting with receptionist for poor quality. Don't stay. Period.
We have recommended your property for our guest stay in Goa, they are not getting breakfast from last few days as buffet breakfast was there and huge crowd at the time of breakfast and they waited and finally got chance to take breakfast then almost items were finished, The main concern of our Inbound guest is the cockroaches lying in room, yesterday night she won't even sleep whole night due to them and also somebody in night knock the doors of her room twice. As today when you have shifted them to your other property, she has left her luggage (Musical Instrument, Plastic Bag and her cap also) as cockroaches lying on them otherwise you also know which guest leave their luggage and things after check out from hotel. And today they haven't visited any place in city, almost spoil today day in shifting and yesterday night sleep hang over. It was bad experience for her in your hotel. Tomorrow morning, they have to leave for airport early in morning. Do not make any payments in advance in these hotels, after making payment in advance you will have to wait for a response by phone or mail. There is no service, your entire payment will be wasted.
It's very great ful moment with this hotel . All staff of like hospitality , reception and house keeping is very good and helpful. Breakfast, lunch and dinner it's very testy.
We had great experience there from kasim group ...specially food was awesome and specially Service & reception staff subho were very co operative... we will come again definitely
It's a kind of Old Service Apartment. Room size was good. Linens were not clean. Staff was cooperative. Don't opt for Breakfast. Okay to stay for budget travelers. Location is good.

It is located in Candolim which has a lot of hotels and stores. The plus point of this hotel is it has direct access to the beach. The rooms are clean and big . The lawns and pools are well maintained. The pool is 6 feet deep, so , good for swimming.
