There r villas amd rooms.Stayed here in Nov 2023. The room we were given was unclean. Our Room toilet was clean but room floor was sticky. Room size was good but layout was not. The room door opened right bang on the double bed. Sometime back we had stayed in villa that was clean and spacious. Food quality and taste has degraded since our last visit in 2019. They only have one open air restaurant- tables chairs r also unclean. There is common toilet at restaurant which ws clean/unclean as per crowds. Whats exciting is, If you are allocated a room in the area of restaurant you cn drive your bike right through the restaurant. They have less staff to cater the number of public that comes here during Rider mania. Staff is courteous.

We stayed in a villa for 8. Two rooms accommodating 4 each. There was a good balcony and the place seemed really peaceful. The pool was great but the water was horrible. If accidentally ingested I'm not sure what would happen, it tasted horrible and you couldn't open your eyes in the water, it would start burning. The food was decent 2.5/5. It's a good place to chill out with family if that's what you're looking for.

Visited this place again this year with a group. Comfortable stay. Value for money. Harishji and Mr susant always there to help us solve my grievances Desk n kitchen staff always helpful and polite. Only one suggestion ...increase staff during peak season and when full occupancy. This will help you serve all customers better.

One of my friend suggested me this place and we booked it, and surprisingly it passed all the criteria except food. Rooms were clean, service was good, pool was amazing (it is open for limited timings 8 am - 7 pm), Location is best. We have greenery everywhere. Out the resort there is one bike rental service which was so convenient. Overall it was worth it and I loved it.

The rooms we got were not clean initially. They come for service only between 10 to 5 and those are the times when I was outside. One can definitely find cheaper options for this quality of rooms. Swimming pool was good.

Booked a villa. The stay was peaceful, the rooms were well maintained. Food at the resort is also good ( a few times with limited availability). Pool was large and clean.

The place is very average. Not sure if all the villas in the property are the same. But the Villa allocated to us was not up to the mark. (Note:- This was my 3rd visit to Goa and 5th Airbnb booked). The only thing available in the booking is the room. The room was not very clean, had a weird smell and too dusty. There are no storage spaces or wardrobe. Wardrobe is claimed to be locked by he owner. All in all there are many better options available for same or lesser price. With much better room and facilities.

The villa had three rooms,hall and a kitchenette. The property was nice with a pool but lacked maintenance. The toilet seat in one room was broken. The mattresses were old and uncomfortable. Bedsheets were stained. Blinds were not working, furniture upholstery was torn. But the worst was the attitude of the guard,who was rude and disrespectful.
