Ginger Sanand - Hotel in Sanand, Iyava - Ahmadabad, India

I've been staying in ginger for last 1 month. In terms of hospitality they need to improve a bit. And talking about their food chef mohith does a very good job.

Good service, food was very tasty restaurant person very helpfull kishan nagma , maintenance team was also good cordinate with us Mr Ruturaj very helpfull parsen,I am injoy my dinner

Stayed for 1 night each time - each way - as was travelling .The rooms were stinking with cigarette smoke. Food availability was limited for very late arrivals and very reluctant front desk when it comes to hospitability.

Outside, it is a little isolated during late evenings, but inside, the Staff takes care of almost all your necessities. Reception Staff team is very Co-Operative & Well Behaved. Aditya, Devendra, Santosini, Aparna, Jyoshna Sri, Premashila, All are very courteous & always ready to help. ***Aditya Shrestha*** was very helpful & Patient in understanding our needs & was very flexible in making our stay comfortable & Affordable. Rashmi, from the management is also very helpful in making you feel at home & Will go all out to keep the Guest in their Hotel itself. Jafar, from Housekeeping is a very Courteous Guy. Extremely Hard Working & Keeps trying to be as perfect as possible. He will be there for you at your service at the earliest possible. Restaurant Team is also doing a great Job. Manoj Gogoi is a Hardworking Guy & also Sensitive to the Guests needs. He feels bad if there is any delay in Service. He tries his best to do whatever is possible to Serve the Guests. KisanSir & Dinesh Rawat are also Focused on Customer Satisfaction. Buffet Food Menu is Good. They try to give something different every day. Ala Carte Menu has also been upgraded, keeping up with the times. Good to see that the Kitchen is now under Taj Qmin. Rooms are Well maintained & with latest Furniture & Fittings. Well maintained Washrooms are available in the Reception, Restaurant, Gym & Meeting Room Areas. OverAll it was a very Good, Homely & Happy Experience.

It is on Sanand highway. Staying here for 1 week on corporate tour. Location is ok. Rooms are good but reception didnt ask me whether i want non smoking room or not. Restaurant is good, food spread is not huge but quality is yummy. Buffet breakfast is also nice.

Sanand this is one of the best... right locations, very genuine rate per night, if want long Stay there is a possibility of more discount rate. Corporate has a rate contract further.. Very Nice Staff, comfortable, Clean, positive vibe

Room is okay, room service is too poor You will waiting atleast 1hour for a normal snacks order. Only hot water is available in both side taps even in summer of June. It's nearby of Sanand industrial area and there is no any good option so they run their business on their own terms.

I checked in a ginger hotel for first time. I knew that it was a low quality hotel from Tata group and my expectations were low. The interiors turned out to be of lowest quality and cheapest material. Smallest room I have ever stayed in. Location good on main highway.
