Good hotel with all amenities. Professional and friendly staff. Earlier it used to be a good business budget hotel but prices have increased. Spacious rooms, neat and clean and functional washroom. Room has a safe also.

Thanks to all the front desk staffs ,manager Amit Ji ,Manoranjan ji and Avinish ji whoes efforts made our occasion a memorable n successful one.

Pros: Good environment. Very strict Security. Tasty food. Cons: Room size is small and room charge is very high as compared to other hotels. Free Wifi speed is very bad it is like 2G.

We had occupied room no. 602 and 615. Here are our few suggestions. 1. The items (towel, napkin, room slippers, cup, etc) placed in our room were based on single occupancy as each of the said items were only single one piece and not two. 2. The bedside table was also single and too small in dimension. With intercom instrument placed onto it, nothing else could be placed. Reasonable sized bed side unit should be provided on both sides of the bed. 3. The foot light did not have any switch to put it off and was fitted "upside down" resulting in the room to glow whole night and making it difficult for us to sleep. 4. The AC did not have any remote. In the middle of night we had to get up from the bed to control temperature or manage its fan speed. 5. The round table provided between the two sit out sofa was too small for two people to place their food dish or anything else. 6. The Tea Kettle desk was placed at eye level on a height of about 5 feet making it difficult to operate and make tea. The ideal height should not be more than 3 feet. 7. The luggage desk was small in width making it impossible for two occupants of the room to place their baggage onto it. Moreover it was below the tea making desk... resulting in our head banging against it everytime we opened or closed our suitcase. 8. Room Bell was not provided outside the room. For the co-occupant to enter the room, the door had to be knocked with hand for the other person to open. 9. The jet spray of Room no. 615 was leaking making the bathroom floor wet. The occupant of the said room was aged 75 years and chances of his slipping inside the bathroom was high due to wet floor. 10. All the six ceiling lights were on a single switch making the room room bright or dark with just one switch. It would have been better if three switches were provided to control two lights each, say one above the bed, one in passage and one for sofa area near bathroom.

Room was clean, service good, breakfast had good variety and test, overall no complain however room size small and not value for money. Good for solo business traveller.

Considering this to be a budget friendly hotel, the facilities are quite good. The location is a huge draw. The rooms are spacious. Staff are courteous and helpful.

Located in close proximity to the Railway Station, the location is great. Rooms are not that big but clean and tidy. Housekeeping staffs are great. Restaurant and in room dining service is very slow. Front office staff is nice but they change and keep calling you again and again to confirm checkout time even when I had extended my stay informing one of the front office staff. This gets annoying. Food options are also less and taste isn't really how it should be for few items.

Great experience! Very well behaved staffs! Front office lady Riya, housekeeping staff, restaurant staffs are very hospitable. Highly recommended for female working women, it's absolutely safe and cared hotel.
