I stayed for a couple of nights here last week. The property is a nice lil one however the surrounding area is pretty crowded, noisy and rather messy though i must say its right on the main road and connections anywhere is very easy. But i couldnt go wrong with the hotel itself. The staff including front desk are very friendly, co-operative and accommodating. The prices are very reasonable and the service is very good. I was pleasantly surprised with the breakfast menu. Its a decent selection and very good for a hotel of this standard. The rooms are spacious and kept very clean. All in all its a very good hotel with excellent customer service. I am definitely looking to come back here again on my next visit to Delhi.
This property is definitely not recommended.. 1. Pathetic hygiene management - mosquitoes everywhere including the lobby 2. Lift gets stuck every now and then 3. Linens are stained and smelly 4. Tiny place with 8-10 tables at breakfast place with 1 guy roaming around and struggling to serve the guests 5. Anytime you go for breakfast, you won't get any item except bread and muffins. Every other dish is always empty and they make you wait testing your patience until you walk away out of frustration 6. furniture in most rooms is damaged and chairs are broken There is another Ginger adjacent to this called city centre may be this is just a makeshift place to take overbookings and annoy customers. Such a bad location of hotel not suited for any family at all, youngster drinking liquor in opposite garden in open space without any fear how can anybody be safe in this area, wifi service of hotel is also very slow, you have to pay extra for that also, rooms are also not upto the mark, I stayed for 1 day only but horrible atmosphere 0 star for this hotel

I stayed the hotel from 07.11.2023 to 4 days for business trip and the experience it quite good. Found basic amenities which is required in the room and this is suffice. In overall trip is ok. Will visit again.
