Ginger Nashik - Hotel in Nashik - Nashik, India

The breakfast was good. The restaurant staff are also good. However, the check-in experience to the hotel itself, and the room, was not good. 1. Checking in took about 30 minutes to get to our rooms. We were exhausted and hungry after a long day and it was not clear why it took so long after indicating our check in time well in advance. After all this, we got up to our room with all our bags and the key card was not activated, so we had to go back down and get that fixed first. 2. Rooms are small and bathroom is not well designed. Minimal towels given. The pillows are lumpy. Also, our room was not the cleanest, and when we brought this up with the staff, they came in to take a quick glance and declared the room "not dirty" and therefore perfectly fine. There were clumps of hair on the floor when we checked in, and dried marks on the table. There is a fridge but it didn't work at all. Plus points for the room: there is hot water, the room is dark for sleeping, and the bed is comfortable overall. 3. The toilet flush did not work. I understand that this can happen occasionally, but we had 2 rooms and the flush did not work in both of them. Quite disappointed.

All good. Bathrooms could have been maintained in a much better way. Rooms are tiny compared to the price. Food is awesome. The variety of the dishes in breakfast is super cool. Amol and Supriya have been a great hosts. Thank you team.

Pretty disappointed. Our room was not very clean, and the service has been pretty poor. Maybe the food will redeem it? Update: The shower soaks the bathroom floor, and the toilets do not flush (we tested this in two different rooms)! The food was good, but also gave us diarrhea... I wouldn't recommend staying here, unfortunately.

On arrival at 2pm (check-in time), we were told that it would take 20 more mins for the rooms to be made available. After 6hrs of travelling, it was a sad news. 10mins later I got irritated and rushed to reception to show my frustration. Guess what, the room was now made available immediately. Not sure, how that happened! But I was happy at the end. The name of the lady who managed this was Shreya, I think. Kudos! Rooms: Don't judge on the basis of pictures available online. Rooms are very very small. I had booked LUX DOUBLE ROOM. Bed, wardrobe, tv, 1 chair (nice one), 1 hospital style table with wheels. BUT - NO MORE PLACE TO WALK. Everything is tightly arranged in a small room. But the room was quite clean & beautiful. Breakfast: All options available - idli, dosa, omelette, paav bhaji, paratha, poha, bread, juice, coffee, tea, fruits & more. Updating my review as I realised there was no hospitality in the service. Usually in hotels, you are escorted to a room & there is a proper reception. But here - No. The reception is at the restaurant's corner. At reception, there are restaurant's tables & chair for waiting. No seperate place for waiting. No one at the front door to welcome. No one to carry our luggage to our rooms.

Awesome Property renewed. Location is in green, peaceful area. We had booked two rooms Luxe twin room with Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner for three days. We enjoyed food a lot. They are very polite. They serve you food as per your choice also(recipe). Service was also fast.

On 17/11/2023 I stayed room no 118 TV channels NA due to not recharge. 2 times staff visit and but TV not work. 2nd day again we stayed room no 316 AC not work, shaving kit not provided, in between 2 guests only one towel provided ask them and they reply that not available. We booked through the MMT but as per standard they have to need maintain as per standard. Food level and staff excellent

one of the best hotel in Nashik for corporates and family too. Tasty and wide spread varieties of breakfast. The buffet dinner out here is just Awsome especially Chef Jadhav and his team @ the restaurant was simply superb ,food is very tasty and reasonable, housekeeping staff is also Amazing highly recommended.

I was on a business trip in Nashik for a scheduled inspection at nearby Industrial conglomerate. I stayed here for a few hours. The check in and check out process was very swift. Also, I had the chance to have the buffet breakfast at Ginger. The food was delicious and they had all the options on the menu starting from continental to traditional. I shall rate it as a five star experience.
