Ginger Mumbai, Andheri East - Hotel in Mumbai - Mumbai Suburban, India

The rooms at Ginger were a haven of luxury and comfort. The attention to detail in the room decor and amenities was impressive. The bed was incredibly cozy, guaranteeing a peaceful night's sleep, and the cleanliness of the room was exceptional. Additionally, the breathtaking views from my window added a touch of serenity to my mornings. Now, let's talk about the food! The culinary offerings were simply divine. The on-site restaurant provided a delectable selection of dishes that catered to every palate. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the quality and presentation of the food were outstanding. The talented chefs clearly put a lot of thought into each dish, and the flavors were simply unforgettable.

As a 3 star property, Its pretty good. The Team is good and I compliment them. They try to solve issues. The Hotel must adjust location on Map . currently the map shows them to be in the lane and the Cabs drive in the lane behind the hotel. We have to ask for direction from the locals, and we have to come back to the main road. The Hotel may consider putting up a proper, well lighted sign board at the gate so that the Cabs and the guests would notice them. My Cab entered the wrong location 3 times in my 16 hours of stay there. Its good value for money.

Assignment 22 : The food at Qmin is great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It's a very good and safe place for families and single women. They are a bit understaffed but the service makes up for it. There is a beautiful garden with a Shivalinga for people who want to pray. There is a mosque nearby. Shops and offices are also in close proximity to this hotel

This is the most horrible budget hotel, one could book even after paying more than 100 dollars a night. The rooms are shabby and not maintained. Everything looked like falling apart. The bathroom floor was moldy and looked like never washed since ages. The Fridge was not cold at all, empty and not working. After a challenging time explaining the receptionist that overseas Indian do not need to fill C form and who still forced us to do so, we went to the room delivered to us. We realized that the wifi system was not working in the given room. We called the receptionist who sent a technitian to get the wifi working on our devices. Very soon we came to know that the receptionist had not set the Wifi and so we din had the wifi. She was just interested to act like a immigration officer asking for C form from a OCI. Since we had arrived late afternoon, we decided to go to their restuarent. Surprisingly, they denied to serve Beer in the afternoon saying that they offer Beer only during dinner. This hotel although located close to the airport, is located in the most shabby dark place of Andheri. If the Hotel's restuarent does not serve Beer to their client, the client's may force themselves to go to the nearby shabby dingy bars which could be dangerous to their security. The management system of this hotel is pathetic.

It's a nice hotel in a quiet place. The staff were courteous and room service was pretty good. The bathroom was neat with basic toileteries. I was dissapointed with the general cleanliness- the carpet in the lounge was dirty...the TV remote was dirty. Perhaps housekeeping needs sprucing up.

Very nice and compact rooms. Good food as well. We had their dinner buffet, was quite good.

Very poor service as the cab I booked with the hotel to drop me off at domestic airport, dropped me off at international airport, in spite of my insisting that I need to go to terminal 1. Since I was new to city, the driver insisted that the drop off for all flights is at terminal 2!! and I ended up paying Rs.5000 to reach the correct terminal , and at the last minute!!! Wouldn't recommend using this hotel to anyone, very unprofessional

The occasion of my completing 81 years was celebrated at banquet hall of Hotel Ginger, Andheri east Mumbai. Service was good and food was tasty. Staff of the hotel was polite and attentive.
