Ginger Lucknow - Hotel in Lucknow - Lucknow, India

Located next to Novotel and right on the main road. The major issue I had was with the size of the rooms- they're more like pods than rooms, with hardly any space. I was literally living out of my suitcase for the 2 days that I stayed there. The bathroom is separated into 2 units - shower and toilet. By design, the shower section does not have a lock on its door (only the bathroom section does). Housekeeping can be slow and you have to keep reminding them (I had to call thrice just to get fresh towels). The breakfast spread is good though.

Had visited on 31st July 2023, just for one day. Calm and peaceful stay out of the hustle -bustle of the city. Room size is not big enough for more than two people. Staff were co-operative except a little misunderstanding between hot milk and milk shake. They have a separate toilet and bathroom which is good if there are two person using them differently. Washbasin is out of the toilet. They have two gym equipments on the 1st floor. Good ambience.

One of the standout features of this hotel is its fantastic dining options. The on-site restaurant served a variety of delicious dishes that catered to different palates. The breakfast buffet was a particular highlight, offering a wide range of options to kickstart the day. The staff at Hotel Ginger were incredibly courteous and attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met and that I had a pleasant stay.

The hotel offers a decent stay with a central location, making it convenient for exploring the area. The rooms are clean and comfortable, providing a good night's rest. The staff is generally friendly, but some lack attentiveness to guest requests. The amenities are satisfactory, though they could benefit from some updates. On the downside, the breakfast buffet is mediocre, lacking variety and freshness. While it's an acceptable choice for a short stay, it may not exceed expectations or leave a lasting impression.

Room sizes are very small for the price. Cannot be categorised as a 3/4 star hotel as they claim it to be. One incident which was a shocker, the room cleaning guy just opened my room door and entered, after knocking a couple of times. Staff must be trained for basic etiquette.

Rooms are neat and clean but a bit small. Service is a big 10/10 and the location is good too. You can stay here comfortably.

Had a good and comfortable stay at Ginger Lucknow. The staff has been very supportive and prompt at redressing any issues. Check-in and Check out was smooth and quick. While the room size is small, its okay for single occupancy during business travel. The food was good with decent options, though the service can be slow at times. the kitchen seems understaffed to deal with morning rush. I must say that the chef is making good efforts but the ingredients - like the quality of pulses, rice, flour used needs improvement.

Food and amenities are good, a function of 250 people can be easily done on first floor while ground floor has much more capacity. Good thing is they have seperate entrance point for function and Hotel. So you didn't get any confusion while entering.
