Genuine feedback. The hotel room is nice as it is a new hotel, however the housekeeping is very sad. Blood stained bedsheets, dirty Duvet cover. Floor cleaning not done properly. Food is really bad, they either add too much salt or none. F&B really needs to up their game. All in all, they really can be a great hotel with standards. But not today.
Rooms are good, neat and clean. Staff are all well trained. Resturant waiting time is too high. More than 1 hour wait for a lunch. Requested extra bed, waited / waited & followed up many times finally delivered. By that time we have already lost an hour of sleep. Reception staff have no idea about local travel / railway station, taxi, airport general queries which is expected from reception staff.
Truly felt like home and always happy to be back at the hotel. Amazing service by all the hotel team and excellent location with walkable distance access to the metro station. I would suggest adding more item / adding a variety item to the daily breakfast but, overall it was a wonderful stay at the hotel. Look forward to coming back again!
Nice hotel, good room, average food but in case, you are little bit late, you have to be hungry. I stayed in other Ginger hotels of other cities but comparison to that, this hotel requires lots of improvement.
The hotel staff deserves a special mention for their impeccable service. Special mention to Alex, Mahi, Neril and the Chefs. They were always attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The food was delicious and it convinced us to try new dishes.
Stayed here for 2 days.The room was . But the restaurant is not recommended the food was poor.outside food is allowed.They have multi-level parking.The metro terminal is only walkable distance from the hotel.
My brother and me had a pleasant stay at Ginger Kalamassery during first weekend of September 2023. We had to attend a family function and was looking for an accessible place of stay for moving around easily. Ginger stood up to our expectations with easy accessibility, great breakfast, flexible management and staff and good quality room fittings etc. specially thanking Mr Harikrishnan who took our reservation and accommodated our schedule changes and special requests. We will be visiting again!!
A typical business hotel. Stayed in their suite room which was well equipped and spacious. The breakfast spread is limited and the service a little slow. However, the staff is courteous. Overall a decent place for business travel.
