Ginger Jaipur - Hotel in Jaipur - Jaipur, India

Stay Away. I got a very unwelcome reception at the front desk. I saw some previous reviews just now which are 4 month old that manager saying we will fix the problem. What if the hotel manager is problem. They are validating the visa instead of identity check. My valid US passport and California driving license were not enough. Even asked me to cancel my reservation late in night when I arrived. What an insensitive people. Internet is not usable, bathroom has no air exhaust. I wish I could give them less than one star. Never going to stay here again and would recommend others to find place you can be treated better.

Extremely disappointed. If you are booking considering the name Ginger, rethink. We also did same mistake. 1. Washroom flush doesn't work 2. If you start tap shower starts which makes you totally wet unexpectedly. 3. They didn't give basic towel n other things which were expected after this much tariff. 4. Booked hotel car for 8 hours, but that guy unnecessary put his things on us and denied to go places we want. Then we called manager n sorted the issue Driver called his guide without even asking us n that guy also taking us some other place again without asking us. 5. Food items are very less to order in room. Overall it's a NO for Ginger Jaipur.

Property wise hotel was good, location was fine rooms were clean. areas which can be improved or we are expecting from such hotels are, During checkin guest himself is carrying luggage to the room, same at the time of check-out. even after calls to room service no one came to help us for check-out with luggage. Room services can be also improved, We called multiple times for few things but we have not received the positive response. As a property it was good, as services it was not, from such large hotel chains we expect better services and better staff behavior.

Hotel and rooms were good, service was not good, no one supported to get our language till room. Same we have requested multiple times for check out and finally carried bags by ourselves. One more time we called room service with no response. We expect better from such big brands in terms of service. Not happy at all with service.

Ginger Jaipur is a decent budget hotel. It offers clean rooms and is conveniently located close to the city. The association with the Taj brand adds to its appeal and sets it apart from other budget hotels. While the food is okay, it may not be exceptional. Overall, it's a good choice for those looking for a budget-friendly accommodation option.

It could be a 3 star hotel in 2018 but not in this era; depending on it's location, it provides a nice view of the city from its terrace, which remained its leading spot; food was overpriced and not upto the mark. Gym looked like a joke, with a total of 3 equipments and average room with genuinely polite staff is its real scenario.

Yes, a stay was amazing and the staff is very cooperative special thanks to MR ASHUTOSH JI who is very sweet nd very professional at his work.. He not only helped me but yes guided me the best option to get as I was new to this place. Had been to many places but this was the best.. He helped me with the checkin nd yes went out of box for me.. Many many thanks to HOTEL GINGER Jaipur who have such a Good, Cooperative, Professional staff working there. Gained the experience which other can't offer. And special thanks to MR ASHUTOSH for his greatness and politeness and very helpful nature. You are going to ROCK bro. May God bless U. GINGER hotel Jaipur is OWSOME bro. When in Jaipur would suggest every body to opt for GINGER HOTEL. WILL EXPERIENCE THE Luxury stay and in reasonable price.

Everything found good but one concern would like to share that shaving kit & dental are not being provided. Although on request with the hotel staff these were arranged.Request you to include these because neither flights allowed nor hotel provide, how guests will arrange at an unknown place?
