Ginger Indore - Hotel in Indore - Malwa, India

The hotel starts from the 5th floor but is serviced only by one or two lifts and other lifts would generally be out of service. Rooms are too small for a family. The free promised WiFi is never there and they keep promising you that they will escalate to their IT Team for resolution and didn't get resolved even after 4 days. It's better to avoid this hotel

We stayed at Hotel Ginger in Indore from 16th to 17th September. Indore was facing ,never before, heavy rains and was almost flooded. We reached an hour before the checking in time and was pleasantly surprised when they smilingly accommodated us. The front desk especially Ankit and his team went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They even extended our checkout time to 2 pm seeing the weather conditions. Staff including the restaurant staff is very courteous and cooperative. This is the first time that we stayed in this chain but surely we will like to repeat the experience. Food is good. We ordered lunch here and evening snacks were also good. Breakfast buffet is good but the spread is somewhat limited.

It was a great experience. All the staff was super nice, helpful and attentive. The room was super comfortable and spacious with a great view of the lake. The view is breathtaking. The rooftop bar was amazing and a great viewing point for the sunset. The food was superb. Wide range for breakfast and high quality at all the restaurants in the hotel. I highly recommend anyone visiting Indore to stay at this hotel. Fantastic experience! specially Amit and Mithun thanks so much

I'm writing this review after staying at Ginger for a month. The hotel is situated above Shoppers Top at 5th Floor. The rooms are comfortable with all the facilities you can ask for. Their service is top notch. If you need anything, they'd be at your doorstep the next moment. It is located in the midst of the city which makes it convenient to travel. The only issue I faced was wrt food. Since I was there for over a month, it was the same food everyday which made it hard for me. Their lift is too slow which makes it arduous to move up and down. But if you're planning to hit the place for a short span then it would be a perfect stay!

Very centrally located place... it's just above the showroom, Shopper's stop so convenient for shopping too. As this is a business hotel so fancy services are not provided, but very neat and clean hotel. Breakfast layout is good... special mention of their staff in the restaurant, they are very polite and really good at their job. Buffet dinner was also available at very reasonable price. Had a pleasant stay.

I stayed at Ginger for 1 night, the starting was sour, as I booked through agoda, but when I reached hotel at 5pm, they had cancelled the booking, as they thought I won't be arriving and they had a full booking. However, the manager came and alloted room in same price as by agoda and added breakfast to the package. Now,The the most talked about topic: Room. Yes rooms are smaller, considering the price you pay, but if you are a medium built couple, it will not be an issue. I counted and the room was 14 steps long, with a queen bed placed, enough space to walk around and keep 1 large suitcase. The bathroom is small, but again not terribly small. The space was enough for us and the whole premises was very very clean. Service of the staff is very good. MR. Mithun in restaurant service was very friendly and prompt. The food was made fresh and was not overly spicy, i had basa fish curry while my husband had non veg thali, both very good and not too oily or spicy Breakfast had a decent spead and they made dosa fresh to order which was tasty. Sambhar was really delicious. Tea was good and overall a very good breakfast. The checkout was smooth and the staff was prompt. It is located right above shoppers stop so we shopped a little in independence sale. All in all, this place is definitely worth it, if you are a couple, traveling in budget and want to be living in central area

Very rude and cunning staff, I stayed a couple of months back, after checkout they started calling me saying you broke the TV trying to get money out of me and harrassing me, they even came up with stories like "it is very clear that you hit the TV with a big object". Would never stay here again. Need staff replacement if you want to maintain brand name.

The hotel is in the 5th floor, only one elevator but food was very tasty and it's a good hotel, very neat.
